DinkRound is a recreational sports scheduling platform that helps groups organize and coordinate game sessions. The Service allows users to:

• Join groups for recreational sports activities
• Receive invitations to game sessions
• RSVP to sessions via email or SMS
• View session details and participant information

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid invitation code. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Contact Information Sharing

Important: When you join a group, your email address and phone number (if provided) will be visible to the organizers of that group. This is necessary for group coordination and communication. By registering, you acknowledge and consent to this sharing of contact information within the groups you join.

5. Communications

By using the Service, you may receive communications including:

• Session invitations and reminders
• RSVP confirmations
• Group announcements
• Service-related notifications

You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings. For SMS notifications, message frequency varies based on session activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time.

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
